Membership Terms & Policies

Billing & Enrollment: There is no enrollment fee. A credit/debit card must remain on file. Membership payments are billed automatically on the 1st of each month.

Monthly Services & Carryover: Members are encouraged to use their service in the month billed. An unused service may be carried over and two services may be used the following month. Services/credits are valid for up to 3 months. Only one membership service may be used per day.

Cancellation: Membership may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Upon cancellation, membership pricing/discounts end. Final spa credit is released only when the required 30-day notice is provided; otherwise, the final credit is forfeited. Cancellation/re-enrollment restrictions and early-cancellation terms apply as stated in the spa’s membership policy. If you cancel, you will be unable to re-enroll for a minimum period of 1 year. If you are a member more than regular 4 billing cycles, you may still use your spa credits for qualified services until they are all used. These spa credits have no cash value and will not be refunded. If you are a member for less than 4 regular billing cycles, you may only apply the dollar value of the credits toward any full priced service.

Appointment Cancellations: White Elm has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed, the membership credit may be applied to that appointment and will be forfeited for future use.

Credits & Transferability: Membership pricing and credits are non-transferable and may not be shared. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable. After cancellation, eligible remaining credits may be used only according to the membership policy

*If you cancel you may not reactivate for a minimum of 1 year, certain penalties apply to programs less than 90 days active. Program is immediately canceled upon notice. Any credits may be used towards any full priced services.
