Classic Lymphatic Massage (1hr) $105

Cupping Therapy (1/1.5/2hr) $90/135/175

Our classic White Elm Wellness massage that incorporates Cupping Therapy. A practice that utilizes the techniques of negative pressure rather than tissue compression by positioning suction cups over treatment areas to produce a vacuum effect that helps improve blood flow, thus allowing a deep relaxation to move throughout the body. Massage & Cranial Work (1.5hr) $145

This signature service is 1.5hr and features gentle, noninvasive bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. Combined with the White Elm Massage, this treatment will release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain. Not recommended for Pregnant Women

Rain Drop Therapy (1.5hr) $150

Raindrop Therapy combines aromatherapy, reflexology, massage and moist heat to create healing and cleansing through structural and electrical alignment to the body. Acupressure Massage (1/1.5/2hr) $95/140/190

Using a Chinese healing method that involves applying pressure to certain meridian points on the body to relieve pain. Following the meridian lines that start at the fingertips, connect to the brain, and then connect to the organ associated with the specific meridian. Acupressure deals with all the aspects of a person as a whole: body, emotions, mind, and spirit as one, not as separate parts. Not recommended for Pregnant Women

Dry Brush & Ashiatsu (1 hr) $175

This treatment begins with a dry brush treatment to help encourage lymphatic flow followed by a barefoot deep tissue massage technique using deep compression strokes that glide over the body. Correct application will provide deep relaxation and stimulate the lymphatic system of the body. Bars are used above the head for support and balance of the therapist and massage cream is applied to the body. Includes complimentary dry brush.
